SHIPPING

We ship products via the most efficient carrier for your specific order (Fedex, UPS or USPS). Shipping rates vary depending on geographic location, and are calculated during checkout.

We do ship products ordered on-line to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses by way of USPS. We estimate 5 to 14 days for delivery once the order has been shipped. However, be aware that some destinations may take longer.

Orders for in-stock/available products will usually ship within 48-72 hours of receipt of order. Orders for made-to-order products will be shipped according readiness. We provide estimated delivery times on our product pages for items that are made-to order.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us so you know when to expect your item(s). While we do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order on schedule, there are occasionally delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

No orders are processed on Saturdays, Sundays and certain U.S. holidays.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it within 30 days of original ship date. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on made-to-order or custom products.

Galvion product must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with all components included. Product must be in the exact condition in which you received your items.

To begin a return, please contact Customer Care at customercare@galvion.com or 1-866-713-0406 to secure a Return Authorization Number. Please note shipping charges may apply on returns and exchanges.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

We will send you an email to let you know that we received your return at our facility and a second email once your return has been reviewed. If everything looks good, you should expect a refund to your credit card within the following 7-14 days, but please be aware that it can sometimes take up to 30 days for it to appear on your credit card statement.
